Question: Whats the typical rate of return on an REIT (real estate investment trust) or a Real Estate Investment Group?

I know it depends on the economy or the country, but I just need a rough idea, what is the minimum, maximum, or the median return on investment?

Answer: I am getting about 11% average on my REIT, I am very happy.
