Question: Can H1B visa holder do Real Estate Investments?
Can someone with a H1B visa legally invest in real estate without jeopardizing visa status, as long as they remain lawfully employed to their employer who sponsored the visa? Is there any law or rule that says I cannot invest, or are there just restrictions/limitations to what I can invest in (i.e. – passive investing vs investing under a corporation).
If someone has been in this situation before, please let me know.
Answer: there no law that stops you from buying real estate as long as your over 18 years of age, your allowed to buy, sell, as you see fit…..
