Sierra Club And Investments

Question: Hello, My name is Ron. I live in Sacramento. Is there an employer that could hire me. I’m a problem solver….
I have worked for the past 5 years producing television and radio programs. I like to solve problems others are afraid to touch. I’d like to use the energy I have to work on positive issues. I have worked for the Sierra Club. I have worked for the Republican Party. I have worked for the State of California. Now I’m looking to volunteer in order to prove myself. I would like to use my critical thinking skills and my ability to communicate with people to make the world a better place. The opportunity if given to me would be a very wise investment as I will give the employer everything I have in terms of energy, motivation, dependability and a great team player. I have studied at the junior college level and have a tremendous amount of real world experience as I have tried to extend my horizions and not limit myself to one particular field of expertise. Thanks for reading my request.
Answer: Do you really think that an employer with a job opening is going to snap his fingers and say “Ah Yes, of course, I’ll go look on YahooAnswers!”
I’d start by checking local papers and look for ads on Monster, and Carreerbulder.com. THEN I”d go out and find some companies whom I’d like to work for. Find out as much as you can about the company and then put in a resume. I’ve found that sending a letter to the CEO a bit better than sending it to HR.
paper the town with your resume and good luck.
