Question: Would it be a good investment to purchase real estate in Whistler, BC to rent out as time share/tenant?
Is it worth my time and money to invest in real estate in the Whistler BC ski resort?
Is there a high demand to live there also in the summer time?
Recommendations and suggestions?
Answer: With the Olympics coming up in Whistler next year, you could probably make a year’s rent in just that 2 – 3 weeks. But until then and after that, I don’t think it would be worthwhile – real estate in Whistler is over-priced.
