Question: Advice to start a real estate investment company in Milwaukee, Wi?

would like any advice on starting a real estate investment company in Milwaukee, Wi.

Answer: Besides the obvious things as legal issues and tax issues, etc. I belive it is a good time to invest in Real Estate.

Depends on who you ask, there are always two sides and they will never agree with each other.

If you are going to go into real estate investing, you can start out by wholesaling properties or being a finder/bird dog for other investors. This generally does not involve too much risk or too much money.
