Question: Real Estate Market Analysis? Using information to…?
to find hidden markets and to analyze a particular property. Right now I am working on gathering information to find hidden markets and to find real esate patterns and trends. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me with gathering housing data and suggesting what to do with the data. In other words, what data to gather and what to do with the gathered data ( how I can use the information to make investment decisions)?
Answer: Unless you are a REALTOR® you are not going to have access to enough professional data to do much of anything.
The public version of the MLS is limited. REALTORS® have access to the full professional version of the data.
There are tons of classes on this. While it is fairly easy to analyze a particular property, it is a bit more difficult to find “hidden” markets. That also depends on exactly what your definition of a “hidden” market is.
