Institutional Real Estate Investments

Question: Would you give me a review of the below mutual fund?
My company offers this “aggressive” fund portfolio grouping as an investment option. I’m 32yrs old. What do you think?
This Aggressive Fund has the highest total equity content of the three pre-assembled funds. It consists of the following funds:
6% Essex Large Cap Growth Fund
10% Vanguard PRIMECAP Fund – Admiral Shares
10% Fidelity Equity Income II Fund
20% BlackRock Equity Index Fund F
3% Russell Small Cap
13% Capital Guardian (Non-U.S.) International Equity Master Fund
12% Templeton Foreign Equity Fund
13% Frank Russell Fixed Income Fund
7% PIMCO High Yield Fund – Institutional Fund
6% Russell Global Real Estate Securities Fund
Answer: That’s a pretty solid line up of funds. It is fairly aggressive, with about 31% international exposure. But that isn’t a bad thing at this point in time. It seems to me the mix is good and the funds are good.
