Question: Where (city) is the best deal for a real estate investment in the Austin, Texas area?
I would like to buy a home as a primary residence and rent out the condo I own in California.
I’d like to live in a low crime area.
Answer: If you don’t mind a 30 minute commute, try Dripping Springs area, or Bastrop. If you want to live in the city, anywhere in the Northwest austin area…I live here
