Question: Where should I do first if I am a victim of an investment fraud?

I wired $20K on a real estate investment in NC from Texas (where I live). I have all the contact information to reach this person who has my money. He said it takes 60 days for me to get my first income (60 days has already passed). Then later he said the holding company is buying me out for $32K due to the “mess-up” with the builder of the project in KS. Right now, its been two weeks passed. He said the holding company is working on some paperworks to send out the checks to the investors (He was not being very informative). What should I do? Im not going to let him buy some more time telling me I will be paid back from the holding company.

Answer: definately the FBI, they’re on a roll right now, also try the tx commissioner of banks, SEC, and BBB, tell all of them
