Question: Teen money investment help?

I am a teen that would like to invesst my money to make a profit. I am very creative and am specifically looking for a way to buy something cheap, refurbish/complete/ or make better this item and re sell for a profit. Also some really good franchise opportunities ideas that would really work and prosper. Because i am creative i’d like some really good ideas to make money. Please no advice telling me to mow neighbors lawns, or teach the elderly how to use computers to make some cash. I m looking for some really good ideas. Thanks so much!

Answer: If you like to refurbish and make better then you should look into garage sales and buy fix up and maybe either resell on the Internet or at antique stores. Try to look for valuable items and learn to restore.

If your a teen stay away from the franchise concept and learn how to run your own business. Learn from SCORE or other education for small businesses. Franchises cost too much with the average in the $500K range or wanted you to have a high net worth.

If you trying to make a franchise concept you first need to be able to prove that your store or service works. You might want to look into a concept such as ETSY, threadless or Ponoko. Good luck!
