Question: What does contracting out mean?
I have just started work at a financial advisors as an admin assistant. The advisors advise in all areas of finance – mortgages, pensions, investments etc.
Anyway, the advisors said we’ll be concentrating on sending out the ‘contracting out’ reviews to our clients tomorrow.
Can anyone give me an insight on what ‘contracting out’ means in the finance world.
Thanks x
Answer: It means supplying the services of someone or something; ie contracting them out, or ‘sub-contracting’.
